Description

From passion and flavour to freshness, Bertrand Grébaut knows just how to appeal to clientele that like to have things just so. Located on Rue de Charonne in the hip and happening 11th arrondissement, Septime has gone for a decidedly industrial vibe. With a sweeping wall of glass, exposed wood and metal girders, it has a feel to it that's chic, yet modern and relaxed. Staff are smiling, attentive, and keen to help you make every visit an unforgettable experience.

In the kitchen, nature lovers Grébaut and Théophile Pourrait are ready to titillate your taste buds with some deceptively simple dishes. Their food – which has earned them a Michelin star – is artful, plant-focused and well thought-out. Both the 5-course lunch menu and the 7-course dinner menu change according to market availability, and feature seasonal vegetables that are bursting with flavour.

The team at Septime are constantly on the lookout for new ways to make your mouth water, and have now opened their first pâtisserie, Tapisserie, not far from the restaurant.
