Description

Bertrand Grébaut and Théo Pourriat are sticking with Rue de Charonne in the 11th arrondissement of Paris for the opening of their new store, which is already making a name for itself.

An anagram of pâtisserie, that’s just what Tapisserie is: and it’s also determined to treat its customers to every type of bread, cake and pastry imaginable. As with Septime, its heart and soul lie in its excellent ingredients. Organic, seasonal and local, its suppliers include Terroirs d’avenir, Didier Chevée and Maison Borniambuc. Is your mouth watering yet? Ours is!

The window display is awash with deliciousness: cakes, pastries, seasonal fruit flans, sugar pies, chocolate and caramel tarts, cream-filled choux buns, and of course the must-try Clamatarte: a cream and maple syrup-filled tartlet. It’s official – you’ve found your go-to spot for tasty teatime treats!
