Description

Famous since 1968, Les Macarons de Réau are made using traditional methods by a family business. You can sample these preservative-free, gluten-free delights at the “Domaine des Macarons de Réau”, in a 300 m2 tea room and shop dedicated to all things macaron.

A real institution of the Paris Region, the macarons are made with high-quality local ingredients: sugar from Seine et Marne, peppermint from Milly-la-Forêt, poppies from Nemours

Mouthwatering sugar and cake aromas emanate from the production area. The pâtissiers will explain how the different varieties of these little round cakes, crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside, are made. During your visit, you can learn tips and tricks to make your own macarons at home.

You can also find these exceptional products at La Grande Epicerie du Bon Marché and Lafayette Gourmet. Pure bliss!
