Description
A breathtaking restaurant
On the banks of the Seine between Bastille and the Marais, this new establishment is already iconic, with Parisians and visitors alike coming here to enjoy an outstanding gourmet and festive experience.
With its psychedelic carpeting, its cosy velvet benches and its natural materials such as leather and wood, the restaurant plunges you into a warm atmosphere directly inspired by the 60s and 70s.
A genuine sensory experience
Surrounded by large bay windows, Bonnie looks out across Paris and features a large 360-degree terrace. The view across the Seine, the Eiffel Tower and the Ile Saint-Louis is simply magical!
Art is an integral part of the venue’s identity thanks to the fabulous displays by the artist Olafur Eliasson, in collaboration with Sebastian Benham. In his work "The Seeing City", the bay windows and the mirrored ceiling are transformed into a machine designed to amplify perceptions, duplicating the landscape and inverting perspectives.
Restaurant, club, bar
The menu is mouth-watering and generous, worthy of any chic Parisian brasserie. Including seafood with a New York twist, not to mention some carefully selected meat dishes… the emphasis here is on high quality products!
On the 16th floor, the bar at Bonnie’sskilfully practices the noble art of cocktail-making to the welcome clinking of glasses. Savoured alone for the purists or in new recipes for the more adventurous, champagne sets the tone for a menu that allows itself a few forays into the great repertoire of legendary cocktails.
Under the supervision of artistic director Emmanuel d'Orazio, whose successes include the Septième Ciel at the Printemps, Bonnie opens the doors of its club every Thursday, Friday and Saturday to a Paris New York scene pulsing to the electro-disco rhythm of the 60s and 70s. Welcome to the golden age of style and fun!
With its large brown leather sofas, large bay windows offering a view across the whole of Paris and exciting cocktails, there’s a bit of Studio 54 in this new Parisian temple of the night where the evenings promise to be as stunning as the view.
