Description

Sitting next to the park of the Château de Saint-Germain-en Laye, it is all that remains of the Château-Neuf where Henri IV lived and the Sun King was born. Plenty to bring nobility to this hotel-restaurant with its 4 well-deserved stars!

You can also count on its gastronomic history, as it was there that pommes soufflées and Béarnaise sauce were invented, now a signature dish served with a Salers beef tenderloin.

It is under the leadership of Patrick Käppler that the crew works at the stoves every lunchtime and evening to offer up traditional cuisine with a hint of originality and incomparable flavour.

In this timeless location, take a seat in the elegantly decorated, panoramic dining room or, when the weather is nice, on the large sun terrace. The menu blends exceptional dishes and seasonal products, all to be savoured while admiring the incredible views of Paris and the Seine Valley. A classic moment!
