With its windows to the heavens and the starry Paris skyline, the Skybar Paris invites you to enjoy the most beautiful sunsets, the Eiffel Tower, the dome of the Pantheon, the Montparnasse Tower, the Luxembourg Gardens and the enchanting architecture of Paris at your feet.

Guillaume Guerbois proposes a selection of 8 signature cocktails designed around sensory experiences, featuring the theme of textures (effervescent, silky, airy, acidulous). For each texture, an alternative alcohol-free version is also offered. The “Cherry Cherry Punch”, for example, is a mixture of Gin, Umeshu, Port, Aloe Vera and cherry bitter, or there’s the Panda, which is made with banana-infused vodka, Disaronno, cold coffee and avocado orgeat. The rooftop bar also offers a selection of wines, spirits, beers or organic and local soft drinks.

With its Asian influence, the menu also offers a range of creative snacks, with recipes including foie gras with mango and papaya chutney, tuna ceviche with chilli and avocado, corn fritters and beef tataki with black truffles. And as the evening progresses, the lights dim and the atmosphere becomes electric with a DJ on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.
