Description

Pierre Sang Boyer sprang to fame in 2011 on Top Chef, a cooking contest on French TV channel M6. He may not have won the competition, but the young French-Korean chef certainly won the public’s hearts with his infectiously humble and down-to-earth disposition.

Without letting the acclaim go to his head, he quickly opened his own restaurant, very much in the table d’hôte spirit. The best spot is at the bar, from where you can admire the kitchen team as they prepare the single set menu offered each day.

Just like at a friend’s house, you don’t get to choose what you eat! There is one constant, however: Pierre Sang sources his supplies from artisan producers in the neighbourhood. Community and friendship are his watchwords. And his culinary know-how does the rest: his technical mastery, finesse and inventiveness – blending French tradition with Asian-inspired refinement – promise a first rate gastronomic experience.

Indulge yourself with Parisian local food restaurants.
