Description
On the roof of the Printemps Haussmann department store, specifically on the 9th floor of Printemps de l’Homme, Perruche is the ideal Parisian spot for the summer.
A restaurant with a view
With 500 m² of space, it offers one of the most magical panoramic views over the roofs of Paris. Its elegant plant decor, like a green oasis, offers a wonderful setting to sit down for lunch or a drink, while admiring the most beautiful sunset in the capital. Wrought iron furniture, white tablecloths, yellow striped cushions and a chic ambience… The warm design, with its light wood and numerous exotic plants, brightens up the terrace and transports you to another place and time.
Both a cocktail bar and restaurant, it offers a rooftop getaway that mixes the Parisian art de vivre with the Mediterranean lifestyle—like a romantic, rustic garden where you can find every taste and flavour imaginable!
Fresh and sunny cuisine
Perruche prides itself on its sunny flavours and colourful dishes. Each season, the restaurant spices up its menu to create a cuisine that’s best shared with friends, while always offering a high level of service—essential ingredients that make Perruche a major Parisian restaurant. You’ll enjoy fresh starters, including raw purple artichokes, rocket, parmesan, sea bass tartar, lemon or dill; simple and tasty salads, with creamy burrata and heirloom tomatoes in olive oil; and tasty dishes, such as grilled prawns, sautéed courgettes with pistou or beef tartar, pistou, fresh chips or tagliatelle with summer truffle. And to end on a sweet note, a plate of red fruits, whipped cream or tarte tropézienne.
The great classics of Provençal cuisine take centre stage again with a selection of dishes you’ll want to share with friends, including fried calamari, spicy garlic cream and a plate of coppa.
Summer is in the air on the roofs of Paris! Laugh, live and dance while sipping signature cocktails. The cocktail bar whips up thirst-quenching and innovative creations, such as the Mas du 9e (Absolut vodka, lime juice, apricot cream, Muscat du Cap Corse and Schweppes) or the French Riviera (Prestige rosé, Rinquinquin, fresh grapefruit juice and rosemary). It also offers fresh wines from Provence, Corsica, Languedoc and Roussillon, to feel the sweetness of summer evenings in your glass… an ideal accompaniment to all your dishes!
At this terrace restaurant, you don’t just come for lunch or dinner, but also to share a moment of levity with friends, while humming to the music played by our talented artists (DJs, pianists and other musicians).
