Description

Overlooking the Pont-Neuf, thefive-star hotel in La Samaritaine is a historic, seven-storey building. The building’s developer, Peter Marino, has managed to retain its Art Deco heritage, while instilling a modern and contemporary style. Known simply as “Tout-Paris”, the rooftop terrace showcases the excellence of French know-how and craftsmanship.

A brasserie with stunning views of Paris

This contemporary brasserie is bathed in light, and at night the city lights brighten up the space. Like the old Art Deco bistros, with its flashy yellow and red colours and its fresh style, the atmosphere is bubbly and friendly. Come and enjoy a scintillating, intoxicating experience with a panoramic view of the rooftops of Paris and its monuments. The city horizon awaits you with a unique view of the tour Eiffel and the large, beautiful cathédrale Notre Dame.

Behind the large marble bar, the barman prepares an array of cocktails, from the classic dry martini and spritz to more modern offerings, such as Tramonto, a mix of gin, lemon, Peychaud’s Bitters and Moet & Chandon champagne, or Penicillin, which will thrill your taste buds with a mix of scotch whisky, lemon, egg whites, honey and ginger.
For an evening with friends, a romantic dinner under the stars or a business lunch, Tout-Paris welcomes you with a smile.

Good food from breakfast to dinner

For hotel guests, Tout-Paris offers a generous breakfast, including brioche fresh from the oven, typical French pastries, home-made hot chocolates, regional dairy products, seasonal fruits, not to mention fresh eggs, cold meats and smoked salmon. Start your day off right with these tasty treats!

Enjoy a lunch on the go or take your time with friends or business associates. The authentic menu of dishes and desserts includes beef and “Pont-Neuf” fries, chicken, burgers and au gratin recipes, reinterpreted with a contemporary twist that can be adjusted according to your tastes.

Sunday caps off the week with a festive family gathering, where everyone comes together to celebrate the weekend with tasty treats and delights. Sample a selection of eggs, frozen oysters and candied aubergines to brighten up your Sunday with a delicious and gratifying brunch.
