The chef Mahir Atia at the helm speaks the universal language of taste and flavour. Passionate about cooking since his childhood in Marseille, where he learned at his grandmother's side, he passes on his know-how of generous family cooking.

On the menu, colourful dishes using fresh, seasonal produce from the market, such as the apricot crumble on the menu in July, green asparagus in May, a melting cream of pumpkin to warm up in autumn or a spelt risotto with butternut in the depths of winter.
