Description
Chef Gregory Balland has taken the menu and made it lighter and more inventive, without ever forgetting the family’s roots in the southwest of France. It is his food – a fusion of tradition and innovation – combined with a cellar of over 400 wines that gives the place its outstanding reputation.
The restaurant has a friendly, relaxed feel to it: casual yet cosy, where even in the winter the natural surroundings make their presence felt. In warmer weather, the restaurant opens out onto a terrace surrounded by the sounds, smells and secrets of the forest.
Brunch
Every Sunday from October to March, come and enjoy brunch with family or friends in the heart of the forest of Saint Germain en Laye!
Jazzaudehore
It’s been almost 20 years since Philippe Cazaudehore – a fan of feeling, scat and swing – took jazz off the beaten track by treating himself to a getaway in the forest of Saint Germain en Laye.
With a real passion for pre-50s jazz, a particular soft spot for Gypsy jazz, and an openness to modern jazz, he shares his collection with visitors – it’s an eclectic selection, but features some of the best arrangements ever made.
The promise of an exceptional moment in the heart of a calm and preserved nature!
