Description
For ages, the tables at 27 rue du Dragon have seen beautiful people passing by. But today there is a celebrity at the helm of this essential address on the Rive-Gauche: the starred chef Cyril Lignac ! In 2011, he gave Aux Près back its prestige while maintaining the warm, friendly and friendly atmosphere emblematic of Parisian bistros. The decoration of the place combines modernity and tradition.
The delicious Madras curry cake, accompanied by avocado and lime, will make you travel in one mouthful. To rediscover the French gastronomic tradition, taste scallops marinated in apple, foie gras and smoked eel. And to finish on a sweet note, choose pear Pain perdu served with caramel, hazelnuts and vanilla ice cream. We're already licking our lips!
And, to be at the forefront of modernity, Aux près also offers a brunch with French notes every Sunday. On the menu: raw and fresh organic juices, pastries, bread, eggs, burgers and other delicacies to enjoy.
