Description

Born into a family of master chocolate makers, Christophe Berthelot-Sampic wanted to follow in the footsteps of his ancestors by opening a workshop entirely dedicated to gourmet delicacies. In this unique concept store, a chocolate hotspot, it promises you a unique experience, whether you want to discover the subtleties of the different aromatic notes or make your own bars from beans grown directly in Mexico. With your new knowledge, leave with your creations and some nice manufacturing techniques ! Shh, the secret must be well kept !

The little ones will also be delighted to make chocolate and Neapolitan lollipops.

Located under the Viaduc des Arts, in the heart of the 12th arrondissement of Paris, Atelier C also offers a chocolate bar and a museum to discover the history of the precious cocoa bean.
