Description
Now that the warm weather is back, the Hôtel Particulier Montmartre is opening its doors to the biggest hotel garden in Paris. Come for lunch or to sip on a cocktail while enjoying the restaurant’s idyllic and intimate setting.
Like a passageway to another world
It all starts in the 18th arrondissement of Paris, in Montmartre. Between the Sacré-Cœur Basilica and the Moulin Rouge, one of the capital’s best kept gems is hidden. Going up Avenue Junot from the Basilica, you’ll find a narrow street on your left. The Passage de la Sorcière hides behind a wrought iron grating. At the end of the paved street, opposite the witch’s rock, it is not the dwelling of miracle worker standing here but the Hôtel Particulier Montmartre. You have arrived in the one-of-a-kind part of the hotel. Out of sight, and away from the hustle and bustle of the capital. It is the last remnant of the Maquis of Montmartre, which largely disappeared in the 1940s. A sparkle of History secretly kept between Avenue Junot and Rue Lepic.
A country terrace, in the heart of Paris
It is in this bucolic setting that the Grand Salon, the Hôtel Particulier’s restaurant, will allow you to experience an extraordinary moment. From 12pm, enjoy a set-back terrace for lunch or dinner, or simply savour a cocktail. The restaurant proposes a bistronomy menu and is open every day of the week.
On Sundays, the Sunday lunch awaits you. You are invited for a festive day meal, extended throughout the afternoon. The restaurant’s family spirit shines through. From 4pm, the restaurant proposes a selection of desserts for the traditional British “tea time”, until 6pm. Then, it’s the restaurant bar - the Très Particulier - that will welcome you. The selection includes the “Éternels”, the bar’s signature cocktails, or the “Temporels” which change depending on the season.
It is up to you to choose how you would like to experience this precious moment.
