Description
A must-see spot!
Not far from the Villa Savoye, under the shadow of the collegiate church where Louis IX was born, come get in a little practice at Poissy Skatepark, a few kilometres from Paris. It is the ideal spot for skateboarders, as the features lend themselves perfectly to tricks and acrobatics. The place to be for all skaters!
Given the long opening hours, you have no excuse… you can even go after work! If your curiosity tickles you but you’re still cautious about getting started or unleashing your little ones among the other daredevils, feel free to stop by one of the contests that are held here regularly. Turn your afternoon into a fun-filled adventure and leave with unforgettable memories.
Practical guide
Across 1650 m² of concrete terrain, the park contains three practice areas: a beginners’ area; a street area, which imitates street furniture with banisters and benches; and a bowl area, with three heights and various corners, hips, and a waterfall… The park is open all year round until nightfall, and appointments are offered by the Poissy Skate Family association to help you get familiar with the sport. An ideal locale for budding or experienced skaters!
