Description
Voted the best pastry chef in the world in 2016 by the American Academy of the World's 50 Best Restaurants, Pierre Hermé is regularly praised in the press and it is always the same complimentary words that describe him: "the Picasso of pastry, the avant-garde pastry chef and magician of flavours, the king, the emperor…".
After attending classes with the great Gaston Lenôtre, Pierre Hermé composes and creates the flavours, textures and design of a haute-couture patisserie that he declines into collections.
Already established in Tokyo and celebrated in Japan, it is in the luxurious district of Saint-Germain-des-Prés that he opened his first Parisian boutique in 2001 where he still offers a wide choice of macaroons, chocolates, cakes and French specialities such as mille-feuille.
In a minimalist design, his cakes are refined to keep only the taste and subtlety of the flavours. Pierre Hermé is inspired by the products in harmony with the seasons and brings you back to your childhood memories. An emotion right from the first bite and the eternal gratitude of all the gourmands who enter his boutique !
You can also find Pierre Hermé at the following addresses :
- 133 avenue des Champs-Élysées
- 58 avenue Paul Doumer.
