Description
You really get to feel the pulse of a city on a bicycle, to soak up the atmosphere of the calmer neighbourhoods as well as the bustling streets, while admiring the passing landscape. Your guides are there to ensure you have a relaxing, safe journey, away from the stress of heavy traffic. So, on your bikes and off you go!
Outings tailored to you
Whether you’re the “great classics” type, or a more “alternative” adventurer, you’ll find the tour that fits you best. The agency offers three different tours in French and English. The “Heart of Paris” takes you through eternal Paris, the small, charming streets of the Marais, past the Centre Pompidou, the musée du Louvre, and around the Ile Saint-Louis. The “Unusual Paris” visit takes you to explore artist studios, and even housing projects that look more like Norman cottages, with a stop in a Belle Époque style drinking tavern, or guinguette. Lastly, the “Paris Contrast” tour offers a balance between nature and modern architecture, and takes you from canals to magnificent homes surrounded by greenery, taking in the Parc de la Villette or the Coulée Verte, an elevated, linear park along a former urban railroad.
If you prefer to be independent, the agency also rents out individual, tandem and adult/child bicycles for half-days or for longer periods.
