Description
Enjoy a change of scenery and a breath of fresh air over lunch just a few minutes outside of Paris. Just across from the area’s only casino, the Pavillon du Lac has been refurbished to house the 7th Fouquet’s brasserie.
With its red leather chairs and dark wainscoting, the decor is reminiscent of its sibling over on the Champs-Elysées. Light floods in through the large bay windows, and the Harcourt portraits on the walls remind diners of the stars of the screen, arts and stage who have come here over the years.
The chic, ‘bistronomic’ menu created by 3-Michelin-starred chef Pierre Gagnaire offers diners the element of surprise with the chef’s recommendation, and honours traditions with a leg of lamb presented and carved tableside on a serving trolley.
On sunny days, settle down on the vast terrace and enjoy the view out over the lake. Watch the boats sailing past as you sip on a Champagne Spritz Royal in one of the comfortably large lounge chairs. An oasis of calm awaits you, right on the doorstep of Paris!
