Description
This Belleville institution, next to the Buttes Chaumont, that showcases the cuisine of Laos and Thailand has been open since 1985 and its success is undeniable. Don’t be intimidated by the long queue in front of the restaurant’s window.
Places free up quickly and the culinary delights that await you inside are worth the wait. The rich and varied menu includes classics of Southeast Asian cuisine and you can discover fantastic house specialities. With succulent ‘thousand spices’ beef, crunchy rice squares with a divine dipping sauce, juicy Laotian sausages, and the traditional Thai dish ‘crying tiger’ that is to die for, there is always something delicious to try at Lao Siam.
The warm ambiance, simple & typical décor, and reasonable prices will make Lao Siam your favourite Asian haunt.
