La guinguette des Grandes-Serres by les Pantins

Since 2017, the Grandes-Serres de Pantin has brought together entrepreneurs, artists, and the merely curious under its steel frames. Under the initiative of Alios Développement, this former factory is gradually being transformed into a unique cultural quarter. For some time now, it has also been home to a guinguette, whose ephemeral lights shine from May to September.

A festive air in the Grandes-Serres

The summer season marks the opening of the Grandes-Serres guinguette in Pantin. There's no doubt about it — this spot will be the favourite of more than one Parisian this summer. Under the palm trees and garlands, get together with colleagues, friends or family for a festive occasion. Because where there's a guinguette, there's music!

The more motivated can get their groove on to the sounds of DJ sets. If you're more reserved, or simply looking for some peace and quiet, you can relax on the banks of the canal de l'Ourcq, not much further from the sofas than the guinguette’s bar.

“Mamma's cuisine”

The restaurant éphémère will be serving up fresh, tasty dishes all summer long, conjured by a personality you should recognise… Behind the stoves, Justine Piluso, former contestant on Top Chef, gives free rein to her enthusiasm and boundless energy. It's a passion we're delighted to see reflected on our plates.

On the menu, flavours that will make you want to talk with your hands. Classic guinguette cuisine with a hint of Italian influence. Pastrami croque-foccacia, camembert arancini, beetroot hummus, tapenade… The choice is as exquisite as it is sunny. Sugar addicts will also be delighted with the frosted cookie or the fried cannoli with hazelnuts and chocolate.
