Description

A simple café-restaurant? A “qualitarian canteen”, Judy, a firm believer in the qualitarian philosophy, which holds that each of us should mindfully adopt a lifestyle that is good for us, our minds and our bodies, while respecting others and the planet.

Here, eating is an ethos and an encounter. Behind the plant-covered façade lies a haven of goodwill and freshness, with a refined décor dominated by gentle, subtle shades. The dishes are brimming with colourful, vitamin-packed goodness. Take, for instance, the Buddha Bowl (mixed raw and cooked seasonal vegetables on a bed of cereals), the Green Power Bowl (spirulina, banana, avocado, spinach, basil, dates, almond milk, homemade granola and pollen), the raw chocolate cake, or the chai pudding. Needless to say, all of it is 100% vegetarian and gluten-free, with no refined sugar…

A suggestion: when the sun is out, order your food to go and enjoy it in the nearby Jardin du Luxembourg, one of Paris’s most beautiful parks.

This canteen and counter now has a grocery shop. Enough to fill your cupboards with healthy, quality products.
And building on its success, Judy is expanding and opening a new address in the 1st arrondissement of Paris.
