Description
In the heart of Paris’s Golden Triangle, the Théâtre des Champs-Élysées has stood majestically since 1913. Designed by a group of artists including Antoine Bourdelle and Maurice Denis, entirely built in reinforced concrete – the first of its kind – the theatre offers Parisians and visitors from all over the world eclectic and spectacular shows.
Rooftop dining at the theatre
Here on the top floor of this historic building you will find the restaurant Gigi Paris whose downstairs neighbour sometimes breaks out into Stravinsky’s Nightingale, and whose other neighbour, the Eiffel Tower, beckons you from across the Seine.
Looking for a friendly place to grab a drink? The Parisian restaurant Gigi is the perfect place to grab a drink with friends while admiring the view over Paris. With expert hospitality, the friendly atmosphere is enlivened by live music throughout the evening.
The large white marble Bellini Bar takes centre stage in the large, bright room with its warm, natural colours. The bar is the focal point of the restaurant, where you can sip cocktails made in the authentic Italian tradition. From Spritz to Negroni, discover authentic flavours with a twist.
And on sunny days, enjoy the rooftop terrace where you can admire the view of the Eiffel Tower and the Seine.
Che buono!
The cuisine is every bit as exquisite. Designed by chef Julien Chicoisne, the menu offers typical Italian dishes and flavours full of sunshine. From arancini to linguine alle vongole, mortadella to truffles, osso bucco to vitello tonnato, and torte al limone to tiramisù, you’ll enjoy Italian gastronomy that varies according to seasonal freshness.
Gigi Paris by night
When the city lights up, the fun starts and doesn’t stop until the end of the night. Live musicians come and reinterpret the most popular songs. Sounds from the ’50s and ’60s, jazz tunes, not to mention favourite Italian legends. Parisian dolce vita on Avenue Montaigne!
