FIEF: Fait Ici en France

As a former contestant on the show Top Chef, Victor Mercier has already made your mouth water as you watched at home. Now, he is opening FIEF where your taste buds can finally enjoy his fresh, seasonal, and eco-friendly fare. Not a single product is imported and everything is made in France!

In the luminous 170-m² grand hall, you can choose between two spaces: the wine bar where you can enjoy tapas or the cocktail bar created by Stephen Martin, the best mixologist in France in 2009. The dishes are made to be shared among friends in a warm, festive setting.

As for the chef’s table, it is an intimate space where eight people can discover the chef’s great kitchen starred by the Michelin guide. On the menu, you will find great French cuisine showcasing vegetables in particular.
