Espace Fondation EDF
Description
At the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, a stone’s throw from the iconic Bon Marché Rive Gauche discover the Espace Fondation EDF.
In this former substation, built in 1910 by architect Paul Friesé, the Fondation EDF has offered a rich programme of cultural events, open to all and entirely free of charge, since 1990. The exhibitions, which combine artistic and educational approaches, are designed to help us understand the world of today and tomorrow. Through its exhibitions, talks, debates and school workshops, this place provides a real forum for dialogue and citizen education.
