Description

Right in the historic heart of Paris, a mere stone’s throw from the Louvre, the fourth Parisian restaurant by the famous two-Michelin-starred chef Jean-François Piège welcomes guests for a chic dining experience.

With leather benches, marble tables and a sweeping mahogany bar, the place is bright, warm, and welcoming. Aged cuts take pride of place in a large window display, and porcelain plates arrive to the table bearing wonderful meat, perfectly-cooked fillets of fish, or the best hamburger in Paris: the choice is yours.

Here at Clover Grill, bavettes, sirloins and rib steaks grilled to perfection over beech chips are what the place is all about! They are sourced from top breeds and reputable sources, including Prime Angus USA, Salers cattle from Metzger farms, Black Baltic and Scotch beef, Argentine Angus, Australian Black Market and more… As for sides, all of them are absolutely delicious, and the homemade sauces are to die for! This gourmet restaurant cooks everything from starters to desserts either in the embers or on the grill. A culinary delight from beginning to end!
