Description
On the 56th floor of the Tour Montparnasse, the Ciel de Paris restaurant offers a panoramic view of the streets and the capital's most beautiful monuments.
The cosy décor with its 70's design was created by the famous designer and interior architect, Noé Duchaufour-Lawrance. With its play of mirrors and soft, amber light, the restaurant blends into the outside landscape and leaves even more room for magic.
The chef Christophe Marchais imposes his style by reinterpreting the great classics of French gastronomy. From breakfast to dinner, each moment of the day offers a unique panorama of the city at your feet, from the sunrise with a breakfast accompanied by a buttered croissant and a freshly roasted coffee to the fading light at the end of the day which gives way to the lights to transform the city into a starry sky. For night owls, the American bar stays open until 1am and offers a selection of cocktails and old whiskies.
The Ciel de Paris offers a unique visual and gustatory experience!
On-trend and traditional restaurants, exceptional pastry chefs… Paris and the surrounding region are overflowing with gastronomic talent, hotspots and specialities..
