Café des Arts

Housed in the Henri IV building in the Jardin des Arts, next to Saint-Germain-en-Laye Tourist Office, the Café des Arts is a delightfully intimate, warm and cosy glass-roofed restaurant and tearoom that welcomes visitors all year round.

It offers homemade dishes and set menus to savour for lunch or Sunday brunch. Be it tajines, quiches, couscous, lasagnes or wraps, everything is made with fresh ingredients, and the menu changes each day. The desserts – tarte normande, chocolate cake, red berry crumble – are also top-notch. In the afternoon, the restaurant becomes a tearoom, serving up delightfully indulgent treats for sweet tooths.

In the summertime, soak up the sun on the charming terrace surrounded by greenery right in the historic centre of Saint-Germain-en-Laye, just a stone’s throw from the Musée d’Archéologie Nationale.
