Description
Benoit Gindre and Olivier Haustraete, both lovers of the finer things and passionate bakers, decided to take over the bakery on Rue de Charenton, listed as a historic monument.
These two partners make bread and pastries using certified and labelled quality French products in this boutique with stunning decor, a stone’s throw from Aligre market. They strive for excellence, respect tradition and compete in creativity.
The pastries take you on a journey, like with each bite of the Mont Azuki, a Japanese version of the Mont-Blanc chestnut-based dessert, or the orange, date and orange blossom babas that transport you to the Moroccan sun. Every weekend a new pastry is created for a limited time using seasonal products for a little Sunday treat.
You are sure to love Boulangerie BO’s many sourdough breads, from the farmer’s bread to the smoked bread, the crust is always crunchy and the soft part is tender and light. Try everything at reasonable prices!
