The Ephemera Group adventure begins in 2019. A trio of restaurateurs from the prestigious Institut Paul Bocuse decided to create an ephemeral restaurant in Lyon offering an immersive experience. The immediate success led to the creation of Ephemera Group, and then their first permanent immersive restaurant: Under the sea, which offers lunch in an underwater atmosphere. This time, the Stellar team is sending you into space. This second restaurant, in the 11th arrondissement of Paris, invites you to dine in the midst of space images** projected from floor to ceiling throughout the restaurant. The use of giant screens, coupled with sets designed by a former film costume designer, guarantees total immersion. Over a meal, you're whisked away on a stellar journey that's sure to leave a lasting impression.

The experience also happens in the plate: taste a UFO, drink a Moon and eclipse (served in its lunar module) and finish the meal with a Paris-Venus.
