Description
Under the impressive 1930s glass cupola designed by famous architect Maurice Gras, La Bauhinia is bathed in light and enjoys all the charm of a winter garden. It owes its name to the 5-petalled flower from the orchid family that graces the flag of Hong Kong.
Created by chef exécutif Quentin Testart and pastry chef Maxence Barbot, the menu features dishes packed with French and Asian flavours, made with French produce and inspired by the different regions of France. This is food that's delicious, local, unexpected and authentic!
And when summer comes, the restaurant La Bauhinia extends onto the terrace of a French garden and offers a relaxing setting with a view of the Eiffel Tower!
In the afternoon, the Garden Terrace will welcome aficionados of continuous gourmet breaks, for a late lunch, an aperitif or, on weekends, a TeaTime.
Located in the heart of the historic building, the former residence of Prince Roland Bonaparte, this green bubble is a true haven of peace, sheltered from the glare of the Parisian hustle and bustle, offering a timeless interlude under the benevolent eye of the Eiffel Tower.
