The Bootleg Bar
Description
In 1920, during Prohibition in the United States, all sales of alcohol were illegal. Those who produced and trafficked these drinks were known as bootleggers. It's this aesthetic that shines through at the Bootleg Bar, a throwback to the Roaring Twenties.
A corner of a bygone world
Part lounge, part Irish bar, the Bootleg welcomes you with open arms. Its friendly atmosphere is the perfect setting for a cosy evening. The decor is straight out of the 1920s, with stone walls and subdued lighting. The whole gives the pub an intimate atmosphere. Its billiards room and darts board provide the perfect setting for your own sports tournament with friends.
Cosy but lively
More into ball sports? You can also support your team from the bar. The pub broadcasts all the major sporting events. Football, rugby and many others: on match nights, the bar comes alive with the fervour of the fans.
For the rest of the year, it's all about music. The Bootleg's confidential stage showcases little-known gems. Every Wednesday evening, the open mic sessions produce new talent. Who knows, maybe you'll get a sneak preview of this summer's next hit?
Ireland in bottles
At the Bootleg, we drink the great classics. Dark & Stormy, Whisky Sour and Moscow Mule, to name but a few, make up the cocktail menu. What better way to enjoy the evening than sipping a long drink on the bar's armchairs?
To honour its identity as an Irish pub, the Bootleg offers the best of the Emerald Isle. The iconic Guinness is part of the mix, as is the must-have Irish cider: Cooney's. You might also be tempted by Jameson's Irish whiskey, or by the B52 and Baby Guinness cocktails, made with the famous Dublin liquor Bailey's.
Irish pub fans, your tour of the Paris Region bars is not over yet.
