Description
You're a gourmand, passionate traveller, and you seem to have come to the end of your culinary expeditions? Think again. In Paris, the Ephemera group has made a name for itself by reinventing the restaurant concept with its immersive restaurants. After Stellar and Under The Sea, discover their latest creation in the heart of the 10th arrondissement, where the roar of the tropical forest mingles with the sound of cutlery.
The jungle invades the rue de la Fidélité
Who would have thought that the 10th arrondissement of Paris was the district for adventure and a change of scenery? After filling up on spices and Indian specialities in the wonderfully colourful and improbable passage Brady, continue your exploration of the senses at Jungle Palace. This latest addition to the Ephemera group invites you to a unique experience that goes far beyond a simple dinner in a restaurant. Here, nature has ignored civilisation and simply decided to reclaim its rights, surrounding columns and chandeliers with lianas and allowing fauna and flora to flourish in all four corners of the restaurant. To this are added the animations lumineuses that line the walls, as well as the chant of the tropical birds and the lively melody of the waterfalls.
Exoticism right down to the plate
For an immersive experience, the décor has been thought through right down to the choice of furniture. Tables with patinated wood, velvet chairs and drapes, tamarised lighting and colonial-inspired crockery… right down to the restaurant's toilets. Your plate will also compete with piquant. The cocktail menu proposed by the head barman varies the pleasures between rum, ginger, exotic fruits and spices. Whether you're a vegetarian or a carnivore, your adventurous soul will be tempted by the plantains, followed by a tropical ceviche, before ending your journey with a coconut crumble… Unless you prefer to opt for several wild dishes to share among explorers?
