Description

Among the various walking circuits offered by the Vexin Français regional nature park, try this well-signposted trail for seasoned hikers, starting from the La Roche-Guyon Castle. Along the 21 km route, discover the fauna and flora of the western Paris region while admiring the historical and natural heritage of the banks of the Seine.

The Coteaux de la Seine nature reserve offers magnificent vistas and steep, bright chalk cliffs for you to enjoy before returning to the Epte valley.

On the way, admire the village of La Roche Guyon, ranked among the most beautiful in France, with its château and its 12th-century keep, its vegetable garden and its cliffside fortress. Stroll through the little villages nearby and discover the Ferme du Chesnay before returning to your starting point.
