Description

In the magnificent courtyard of the Carnavalet Museum, which traces the extensive history of Paris, tables and chairs have been set up especially for the “Fabula” pop-up restaurant for the entire 2024 summer season. Its name is taken from the Latin word for “history”, referencing the museum that accommodates it in this secluded garden in the heart of Paris.

A hidden restaurant

Good food and responsible cooking are still at the heart of this ephemeral restaurant. And this year's chef offers harmonious flavours, painting a picture of taste that is graphically and pictorially enchanting. Thomas Chisholm is all about clean sourcing and creativity in the service of taste.

At the bar, Vincent Diener has created a cocktail menu that perfectly matches Thomas Chisholm's menu, with each creation mirrored in the dishes, revealing an elegant simplicity.

For a Parisian summer evening, the fabulous courtyard of the Carnavalet Museum offers an enchanting setting and a timeless evening. Surrounded by perfectly trimmed boxwoods and subdued lighting, this pretty spot is ideal for an evening with friends or lovers. In a relaxed and festive spirit, enjoy a gourmet meal to live a unique moment!

Don't hesitate to take a tour of the most beautiful museum terraces.
