Description
The 800 hectares of the Château de Versailles estate - comprising the château, the Trianon palaces, the Galerie des Carrosses, the gardens and the park – amply deserve the time it takes to explore every nook and cranny. The 2-Day Passport enables you to leisurely plan your visit over the course of two consecutive days, and to put an end to the stress of rushed travel, so that you can fully appreciate this must-see landmark.
Complete panorama
With friends or with your family, you’ll be able to explore the estate at your own pace. The 2-Day Passport gives you access to all of the estate open to the public, including the grounds as well as the château, with an audioguide in eleven languages. You’ll learn everything there is to know about the King and Queen’s State Apartments, the château’s historical galleries, the Gallery of Great Battles, the Prince Dauphin’s Apartments and the Mesdames’ Apartments belonging to Louis XV’s daughters.
The passport also includes a visit to the Trianon palaces and Marie-Antoinette’s estate, plus access to temporary exhibitions, as well as to the Grandes Eaux and Jardins Musicaux, magical water shows set to music in the gardens between April and October, and that should not be missed. Icing on the cake: with your pass you’ll benefit from a reduced entrance fee at the King’s vegetable garden, and at cultural events at the Royal Opéra and the Royal Chapel.
